   Membership is not automatic. The right of admission vests with itinerarybuddy.com at its sole discretion. You become a Member upon due acceptance of the Profile by itinerarybuddy.com. Membership and rights of admission is reserved for competent people who are eligible as per clause 6 hereinabove. Our membership is only for personal use. It is not to be directly and/or indirectly assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity.
8. REFUND
   The itinerarybuddy.com shall not entertain any type of refund claim with regard to the cancellation/modifications/alterations of the bookings done at the website of the operator. The itinerarybuddy.com is only a service provider and has no policy of direct bookings from the itinerarybuddy.com website.
9. PROMOTIONS
   Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
